Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ContextSwitch ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

ContextSwitch is a kanban-style project management application for macOS developed by Helton Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). The App allows you to organize tasks and projects using local SQLite database files stored on your device.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Mac App Store terms of use.

Purchases

ContextSwitch is available as a one-time purchase through the Mac App Store. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not process payments directly or have access to your payment information.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your local database files
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

The App and all associated materials, including but not limited to design, code, graphics, and documentation, are the property of Helton Labs LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Helton Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your data.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time. Your locally stored data remains yours regardless of termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
