What This Policy Covers

This policy explains how Helton Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") handles information in connection with the Bet A Day iOS application ("Bet A Day" or "the App").

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following from the App to our servers:

• Bets & Notes — Tickers, reasons, directions, retrospectives
• Usage Analytics — Feature usage, session data, or crash analytics
• Device Information — Device identifiers, OS versions, or IP addresses
• Location Data — GPS, precise or coarse location
• Personal Identifiers — Name, email, or contact info

How Your Data Is Stored

Local-Only Storage

Your bets, watch bets, and track record are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad:

• On-Device Database — Data saved to your device storage
• No Account — The App works without login or cloud sync
• Your Control — Delete the App to remove local data

Network Communication

The App may make network requests to fetch market data (e.g., stock prices and market open/close times) from third-party data providers. These requests:

• Do not include your personal data or bet contents
• Are used solely to display market information in the App
• Are subject to the privacy policies of the respective data providers

App Store Integration

If distributed through the Apple App Store, purchases and updates are handled by Apple. We receive only anonymized reports as provided by Apple; your billing information is not shared with us.

Data Security

• iOS Protections — Your data benefits from iOS sandboxing and device-level security
• Local-Only — No server-side storage reduces exposure risk
• User Control — You can remove local data by deleting the App

Your Rights and Control

• Access — Review your data within the App
• Deletion — Delete the App to remove local data
• Portability — No vendor lock-in; data is local to your device

Children’s Privacy

Bet A Day is not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International Users

Because we do not collect or process personal data on our servers, regulations like GDPR and CCPA are inherently satisfied by design: no data is transmitted to us, and all data remains on your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page, with an updated “Last Updated” date.
