Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bet A Day ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Bet A Day is an iOS application developed by Helton Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") designed as a learning tool for building market intuition through daily directional bets. The App is for educational and entertainment purposes only.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms and the App Store terms of use.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device data
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose
• You understand the App is for educational purposes and not a substitute for professional financial advice

Market Data

The App may display market data from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. Market data is provided "as is" and may be delayed or unavailable at times.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
