idea.log is an iOS application developed by Helton Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") for capturing and organizing ideas through text, voice, and Siri. All data is stored locally on your device.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms and the App Store terms of use.
The App and all associated materials, including but not limited to design, code, graphics, and documentation, are the property of Helton Labs LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your ideas and content remain yours.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Helton Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your data.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
