Get an idea down with typed text, dictation, Siri, Shortcuts, or the Action Button. Keep an optional first step beside it, then move it through Pending, Did First Step, Did It, or Abandoned.
Find the thread again
Search stays on device and ranks text matches across idea content, first steps, tags, and comments. Statistics and weekly digests show what you captured, started, and finished.
Work the backlog with an assistant — on Mac
The Mac app includes a local Model Context Protocol server. Its six tools are search_ideas, get_idea, create_idea, update_idea, add_comment, and get_stats. Your assistant works the same idea store the Mac app opens, so its changes appear in the app.
Sync without another account
Keep ideas up to date across iPhone, iPad, and Mac through the private database in your iCloud account. There is no separate idea.log account, no subscription, no Helton Labs application backend, and no analytics service.
